Simon is the principal of the firm and an experienced Property and Commercial Lawyer. Prior to starting Kerr & Co in 2015 Simon worked as a lawyer in Hamilton and Geelong. Simon is known for providing exceptional commercial advice that is down to earth, sensible, and tailored to clients individual circumstances.
Outside of the law Simon is a company director on several boards and has significant personal business and property development experience. Simon is married with 4 children.

Sebastian Smith heads up property and conveyancing at the firm. He is an experienced property lawyer who can undertake all manner of transactions from residential settlements to complex multi lot subdivisions. Sebastian regularly teaches students in the property department of Deakin University. He is married with 3 children.
